Joseph Cao is a great American story. He's come from nothing to represent New Orleans in Washington, which is something that he probably never envisioned as a child. Its a shame that because he doesn't share the same characteristics as Dolla Bill Jefferson-he of the famous "Cold Cash" incident-that some of the bitter-enders would have him removed.
I earnestly await Bill Minor's column denouncing this. Somehow, my hopes will be dashed.
