Samson is aware that when a hurricane hits Houston (the center of the oil industry-meaning refining as well) and disrupts things there, that gas prices-because of the strange voodoo of supply not meeting demands-increase...right?
I mean, it's not like he was listening to "Boogie Grass Beat" instead of doing his homework in Econ back at Houston High.
