The Braves announcers are openly speculating that the team will be shopping Mark Teixeira if things don't improve and soon. While the possibility exists that he'll be gone at season's end-and it's about as likely as me swearing while I'm golfing tomorrow, knowing the history of the Braves and Scott Boras-there's no point in moving him unless there's a first line pitcher plus a solid position player involved.

And as I'm typing this, Francour just hit into a double play with the bags packed. They're down 5-2 and Campillo has been run after five. Ugh.
