Get ready, Mississippi. They're coming to a county near you. Soon they'll be shaking down your businesses for 'charitible donations.' Looks like they read the Jesse Jackson bestseller "Community Activism for Fun and Profit."

And I bet the design will look the same in all 82 counties. How wonderfully fascistic. Jonah Goldberg would be proud.
