But I'm sure Saddam was only going to use that to make sure all those Marsh Arabs, Kurds, Shi'ites, Chaldeans, Christians, and dissidents had cheap and affordable electricity. We all know he'd never put a warhead on a SCUD missile and launch it at Tel Aviv or Haifa. That would just be crazy.
