Where have I seen this before? Oh, yeah: It comes from the Jamie Franks campaign website, a posed photo apparently in his home (we picked it up and...well, made a little fun of it a few months back).
I have never seen the Phil Bryant photo before; I can only assume it's a CL file photo. But the CL saw fit to use a Jamie Franks photo from his website. I guess they couldn't find a picture of Mr. Bryant from his site that made him look like he'd been up all night drinking.
