And Today, They Want Financial Responsibility

Is it only funny to me that after blowing $55 million like drunken sailors on shore leave on a beef plant that didn't slaughter a single cow, not to mention any splurge social program that won't work, that NOW the Speekah and the Reaper and their cronies are concerned with how we spend our money?

I suppose the best way to ensure fiscal responsibility in the legislature is to pass a law preventing Billy McCoy and Steve Holland from carpooling.
